The mirror and frame are in good condition for their age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches, and other imperfections.The mirror reflection is clear, with minimal age dots/markings. I always recommend replacing old hangers and chains with new, strong mirror hooks and wire. Looking at the wood board back, I will guess the mirror might be a replacement, or at least the wood.
