It is in Great Condition with some wear as shown. There is a very small piece (about 1 inch) of mahogany trim missing at the bottom right hand corner as shown in second to last picture - Barely Noticeable. Sturdy - No Structural Issues. No odors - comes from a smoke and pet free environment.
